I wish I could rate this place a 0. We took our dodge charger in to their shop to get a clunk looked at. We paid for the diagnostic and were quoted over $4000 to fix a "suspension" issue. We knew the sound we were hearing wasn't the suspension. We found out that it was actually the center support bearing on the drive shaft which Eric didnt seem to notice when diagnosing the vehicle. The bearing had completely separated from the drive shaft! It wasnt part of the invoice that we were given because they had just looked at the suspension. When I called Eric and told him this information, he said he was going to call me back with additional information. I never got that call back. We got the bearing replaced (not at dodge country) and the car runs smoothly now.
