From the moment Elizabeth Lopez introduced herself to us, she was help, knowledgable and presented a sincere attitude towards our family. Honda Civic has a lot to offer and Elizabeth at no time "pushed" us with her "talk" or "words to sell a car." Rather, she listened to us, that we wanted our grown son to tour the new CRV and we began to consider a new Honda Civic. From the beginning, she was helpful and a agent of Honda. She negotiated with us well and processed our sale on the day we scheduled an appointment with her. Their team processed our sale in a reasonable time and we drove our car away on the same day. SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY. I scheduled a diagnostic online with 2 days lead time. I get there and there are no signs telling me which way to turn for the service department (I have been to multiple dealerships and this was a first for me) , so I had to drive around to find it. Keep in mind, this dealership has multiple buildings. For some reason, the service bays are separate from the service reception desk. The reception area has 2 buildings across from each other: service (left) and parts (right). There was no one in the service building so I checked in in the PARTS building. All this to be told, "oh, we don't do diagnostics on Saturdays." When scheduling my appointment, I specifically stated that it was for a diagnostic and what the issue was. I also put down my phone number. You would think they would've given me a call so that I don't waste my F@#k$%& time!!!
Last week, I purchased 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L from Cleo Bay Honda. I live in Houston, but I decided to shop for CR-V in Austin and Dallas and their neighboring cities because cars in Houston are in so much demand and the prices are jacked up due to Hurricane Harvey. My sales person at Cleo Bay Honda was Elaine Smith. She quoted me the best price and it was about 3k less than the prices in Houston. She was upfront about the drive out price and there were no hidden costs/fees. I corresponded with her over the phone and in email all the way from negotiating the price and getting the car delivered. She got my car delivered to Houston as promised without any surprises. The whole car buying experience couldn't be any better because of her. I would highly recommend her and Cleo Bay Honda.
Mr. Johnny Walker made my car buying experience fast and easy. This is my second time working with him and he is absolutely wonderful. On Tuesday 10/10/17, my wife and I decided to go Cleo Bay Honda because they were having a buy-back special on older vehicles. We met with Elaine Smith (formerly Cloud) because we had great dealings with her in April 2016 for a 2016 Honda Pilot. We decided to upgrade from a 2016 EX to a 2017 EX-L. Elaine got us an outstanding lease deal. I'll admit we were skeptical at first due to knowing people with past experiences with leasing. She showed us how the leasing game has completely changed and ensured me that there were no deceptive tactics on Honda's part by showing us a copy of a Honda lease and in doing so, convinced us to give leasing a try. Her superior knowledge, experience, and negotiation skills got us a great deal despite our skepticism. She once again obtained a color of our choice and explained the entire process for receiving said vehicle. She acquired a loaner vehicle for us until our vehicle arrives. I must say she has gone above and beyond to make sure we remain dedicated to the Honda family and customers for life. Elaine took time out of her schedule to show us the new features on the 2017 that were not available on the 2016 Pilot. "Elaine, there is no limit to your "customer satisfaction" potential. A special thanks to Keith McDaniel for getting us in and out of finance and tolerating us for keeping you all after hours to finish the deal. Great job to the whole Honda family !!!.
