When you order an item it takes too long to get here..And when you go to pick it up their are never at the store..regardless of what the hours say
Unprofessional!! Placed an order for my daughter for knee pads that were sold out in the store. Had to pay for shopping and handling fee and was told that my order would arrive within the next few days and that I should come back Tuesday. Went to the store to get my order around 4PM and the doors were locked! No answer as I called numerous times! Business hours are noted and posted to be 1P-6P
They are not worth going to! They take way to long to get things in and yea maybe it's not there fault but when you tell people it takes 12 weeks for a letterman to be finsh, it should be finsh. It should not take 16 weeks for something to be done when you told then 12 !! Yall ruined my senior pictures because I did not have my jacket. So I'll make sure to tell everyone not to order thier lettermans from y'all!
