terrible experience. got my cracked screen fixed months ago here for my iphone 5c. immediately noticed issues with the screen but i had to go out of town for a family emergency. dealt with random blinking and colour pixel issues during that time. the girl also broke my proximity sensor which makes the screen go black when it's brought to your face during a call. spent months having to always use headphones or speakerphone. when i called to get it replaced the girl told me they couldnt because they dont have those in stock. called the store owner and he said they can order the part but they cant fix it because of the screen issues (that i had since THEY replaced the screen). called a high-end repair service in austin and they informed me it was more than likely a low quality screen. in the end, i found it was more worth my money to just invest in a new phone upgrade through sprint. owner was unconcerned with customer service and employees were seemingly underqualified.

Please read there return policy. It is vague and they do not want to return anything even though the return policy says you can. Bought a case from the Killeen store. It was okay but I found one at the Temple location I liked better two days later. The employee at the Temple mall said I could return the other so I bought the one I liked. The Killeen manager said I could not return it because it was "used". He said once you put it on your phone it can not be returned. However they put the cases on without explaining you cant return it even though the corporate website says you can. I will never purchase anything from this kind of company that does shady business.
