A bit suspect...
I went to inquire about selling my old used iPhone 6s plus and compare it to what I would get on eBay. I was given some excuse about malware as to why they would not buy my phone from me from the sales woman (who was missing teeth and looked haggard), and she didn't even turn on my phone or run any type of diagnostics on it. I never had a problem with my phone and only upgrade to the 7 because I could and because I got tired of having such a large phone. I wouldn't suggest going to this company for any Apple products. I wonder if they are actually licensed to sell them-new, used or refurbished? Buyer beware.
They have work on my cell phone and several computers they are very knowable and friendly I recommend them for anyone needing assistant with computer or phone
