Decent, cheap place to stay. Close to many restaurants and stores. Dog friendly.
This place is horrible, the only reason I rate this no tell motel 2 stars is because the front staff is nice. If you want crackheads and prostitutes keeping you up all night with loud banging and scream this place is for you. The water in the bathroom drips and runs all night, the matresses are on freaking cots! When you wake up with horrible back pain at least you will know the reason. This place has you use your room keep to get where the rooms are...i dont know why since they just let anyone in even if they dont have a room key here...not safe, not clean, not worth the money. Let's not even mention the roaches all over the place.
If i could score this place at a negative I surely would. I receive the worst customer service from both Nicole and Sierra. Upon arrival the office is not open. They are only open between 9am and 10pm. Since the office is closed there's a telephone hanging on the wall to call someone to come down to check you in. I called both of the numbers they had on the wall and it took about 10 minutes for someone to respond. Sierra finally answered and came downstairs. During my check in she's rude as heck and very short with words. Once checked in the room there were no towels(I bring my own anyway), the phone didn't work and it sounded like there once a leak somewhere because this drip drip for the few hours I was there. That morning I went to check out and again had to use the phone only yo get no response. I happened to see a worker on duty and asked her about checking she was VERY POLITE and saud she would check me out but had to wait until 10am to recieve my deposit but was told at check in 9am. I had a graduation to be at that morning at 10am. After graduation i returned to the hotel and spoke with Nicole. I explained to her what had went on and told her how dissatisfied I was and I just wanted to check out and go somewhere else. She said they had a no refund policy. Well given the circumstances you would think the would. I paid for two nights because I had reservations for two. She said I'm sorry but it's policy. I asked her who else I needed to speak with to see what else could be done she stated no one she was it. Well they had business cards on the counter with the general managers name on there since she refused to call him. After speaking with him I was informed there is no policy and he gave me a refund. People like them should reevaluate their customer service skills. To the young lady that helped me I thank you so much. You should be the manager instead of Nicole.
I stayed in a single bed room on the first floor. As far as that goes it was very nice stay. Kitchen does not have pots and pans so u better bring that. Beds suck tho, they have this weird stand underneath them that made my back hurt. There is no breakfast but does have a laundry. Staff is friendly, make sure u know the office hours because they do close early.
I stayed here over the weekend and it was very busy. For being sold out the night was quiet. Friendly staff and clean room. For such a cheap rate I was surprised by the service and what they offer! Plus the view from the fourth floor is awesome!! Will stay again.
