The beds were very comfortable and the customer service was great!
I am very gald you find the time to get back with me about the dirty room the young woman (Black)that check us in the room seem the dirty sheets Becouse we had her come to the room. I don't care what house keeping told you I know what I seen,towels behind the door and dirty sheet,when I seen the cockroaches I took my phone out to videotape it to show the person at the front desk, this time it was a different person there she called you While I was there but you did not care and said the the guy would be there the next day to sprayand that it was not that big of a deal. The only person that care that I was not happy was the first person that I dealt with she went out of her way to find me a different room or Hotel, but there were not any available
I usually enjoy my stay at Candlewood Suites, but this one was nothing like others. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that an animal had used the front desk area as a restroom and nobody had cleaned it up. It had already dried up so it obviously had been there for a while. The woman at the front desk was on her cell phone talking the entire time she was checking me in and whispering to me and pointed me in the direction to my room instead of putting her phone aside for the brief 2-5 minutes it takes to check someone in. The entire 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes. Housekeeping never came around during the day. When I got back to my room for the 2nd night, I could still smell the cigarettes odor in my room. I'm not one to give bad reviews, but I won't be staying here again.
I've enjoyed with consistency well-kept facilities, intuitive accommodations, and genuinely professional customer service. The 2300 Florence Rd location especially, Ms Tielr's particular attention to detail brought a new appreciation to the customer service I've grown accustomed to experiencing.
Candlewood suites is the place to be. Cabdlewood suites has a kitchenette with which you can easily cook your meals. This kitchenette comes fully equipped with stove top, sink, all the cups, plates, tuperware, silverware you would ever need. They don't provide breakfast but hotel breakfast is usually garbage anyways
