Heather at the front desk was intelligent articulate and very helpful . I stay at Several of these all over Texas. Is rare that I run into an individual that provides good enough customer service for me to make a comment.
It was fairly clean the first time, second time had a sticky floor but it wasn't too annoying. The breakfast was good if you are not gluten free. If you are gluten free there is fruit and yogurt and milk. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, cheese egg omlette, bacon and sausage patty, pancakes and cereal and oatmeal. Coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Overall a good experience.
Great place to chill. Close to eats and drinks. My rooms was spotless for the two weeks I was there.
Relaxing
This hotel is very deceiving. It appears to be high class and good service toward customers but it is not. The so called free wifi has no signal and front desk claims they can't fix it and know nothing about it. We have to argue with staff everyday about towels. We are in a suite that sleeps 5 people and we have t people. Logically, we should be able to get 5 fresh face towels and bath towels each day but we have to argue. Next year when we come back, we will be staying somewhere else.
This is a very clean very nice hotel and reasonably priced for what you get. If I'm ever in Killeen again I'm definitely staying at this hotel. Hopefully Heather will be there to check me in.
The room was large and looked newly remodeled. It was pretty. The amenities were great and I'm in love with the comforter. I will go back.
