I purchased a gel memory foam king mattress from Lewis and he was amazing! I usually don’t like going to mattress stores because you feel pressured to buy the most expensive mattress without consideration for what kind of bed you want. Lewis listened to what my husband and I were looking for and what are pricing range was. I’m very satisfied with his help and so happy with our new bed!
I would highly recommend Mattress One to anyone! Our overall experience was more than 5 stars to be honest. I went in, just to look, because I had already ordered a mattress, without looking around. The gentleman that I talked to was so helpful, and actually took the time to tell me which mattress would be more suitable and comfortable for my husband and I, due to back issues. He didn’t rush us into anything, and said to contact him when I figured out what I wanted to do. I could tell that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale, he truly cares for people, and was so sincere. Where as when I had went to Mattress Firm, I felt like I was just another sale. I didn’t get offered anything else, and I wasn’t directed in any direction. The lady there just let me place my order over the phone, and that was it. She didn’t help or show me anything else when I went in the store. The mattress I had ordered, would’ve been a horrible choice for us. Needless to say, I cancelled my other order right away. He treated us as if we were family that just walked in, and that was an awesome feeling! Mr. Lewis really took care of us, and gave us an over the top deal. We are completely satisfied with our awesome new mattress. Some of the best sleep we have both gotten, in years! If anyone is looking for a new mattress, and wants someone that really knows what they’re talking about, someone that goes above and beyond, go to Mattress One and ask for Mr. Lewis!!!!
I was looking for mattresses in the killeen area, started off at mattress firm and they were no help at all the customer service skills suck there. Then went to mattress 1 and was actually greeted by Lewis. He took his time to explain to me about all the different kinds of mattresses and the benefits. By far the best customer service!!!
