Older model but they are currently undergoing renovation. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast and common areas were always clean.
The service was sooo good! Every employee we encountered during the two days we stayed were all very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is listed as continental, but its actually a hot buffet type which was nice surprise. They have a lot of healthier options like turkey Sausage,Oatmeal, and Boiled Eggs, which was nice. This was definitely worth the price that was paid, which was actually lower than I thought it would be. I wish I would have gotten the name of the guy working the front desk during the day, he was SUPER nice and very polite. He greeted us every time we walked by, made small talk which was nice. He seemed to really enjoy his job and it definitely made the stay more enjoyable.
Will be staying for 3 nights, this is our 2nd day and so far so good. Breakfast was okay and the Wifi works great. Only downside they are currently under renovations, so they will be coming into our room shortly which runs into my daughter's nap time. Wish they would've stated that somewhere on the website but the staff is friendly. Fridge works lol which in some hotels they don't. Room is clean and no bed bugs.
AMAZING, CLEAN!!! The staff are very nice and extremely polite... OH yea!! Did I mention that it's a very clean location. I would stay here again and again. Love the staff and the hotel. All very good people, this is a must if you are in Killeen.
Lovely hotel in a great accessible location right off the freeway. Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Staff was very professional and check in process was a breeze. This hotel made my visit to Killeen very enjoyable. If I ever come back to Killeen, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!
