Not the nicest but it's quiet, and affordable and the staff just love me
Always treated well by management and rooms are cost effective.
A decent place for the price. Most the rooms appear to be set up like a one bedroom apartment, clean, staff seemed accommodating enough. Downs were there was no wifi as advertised and they wouldn't allow a service dog to be with us unless we would pay an extra fee which it was our impression of the law they couldn't do. TV would randomly switch channels and then act like the channel you just had a minute ago didn't exist.
Workers are friendly and their deals are reasonable n fair,and they have no problem with having guests over not like alOT of other hotels, and don't mind either... Best hotel so far, please keep it up and trust me when I say it's super friendly environment and workers their are awesome treat you with respect and like as friend or family member, awesome place and unlike all other hotels " Terrance Holiday Inn " first for most worst hotel every, they actually kicked me and my brother, this Christmas Eve cause we had guest over, and I paid week advance and I only had the room for 12hour's n on Christmas Eve, the Korean older lady who runs place, knew I just got room, still even while I had door locked. She tried forcefully to open door,till I opened it and I had 2 cousins over for Christmas Eve just kicking back, till we head to family gathering. She seen them and we were just waiting and eating till we leave. She said to leave and I agreed, cause didn't want conflict, asked for my money back, she is very evil person,,,, and here at the great hallmark suites, 2beds is for 4 people at hallmark inn suites n cost sane price for 1 person at any other hotel
Horrible, disgusting, grungy. This was a big waist of time and money. Their are 7 things I have to wright today. The first is the pool it is on of two things that are kind of good here. it is actually 8 ft and their were cigarette buts in their and I don't want my children swimming in that. our first room we were in was 207 and it was degusting and dirty it was not a pet friendly room so he had to move but the one we moved to was 410 and it is way better. The ICE machine doesn't work The tv didn't work and they just said they didn't know what to do. we so called snuck the dog in and she is a service dog and the filled a complaint on us and we moved to room 410. The 2 staff members are the young tech. man and the day desk dude. The night time desk girl is a B***h. But it is conveniently located next to all the good food places, and great restraint next door.
