Dr. Webster and his staff (especially Karen) have been a blessing in my life. They took me on even tho I was recovering from a sub-arrachnoid brain hemorrhage. They cared for my husband during his heart transplant and were there for me when he rejected. Dr. Webster listens and talks with you, not at you. And he answers your questions, no matter how silly they may seem to you. He takes them all seriously.
I have always been able to get an appointment whenever I REALLY needed one. My family has no complaints and I will probably with Dr. Webster until the day I die.
Hands down, Dr. Webster and his team provided me the best health care experience I have received. The girls and the front desk were very friendly. I even got in BEFORE my appointment time. The nurses were excellent and even helped me carry my kids back to the exam room. Dr. Webster was so kind and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and included my family in our discussion. We need more health care teams like this one!!!
Dr Webster is the doctor to go to if you are looking for a great doctor that truly cares. I am grateful to Dr. Webster because my back is better.
Liars & Thieves!! Wasted over 2 hours of my time with them today just to be told to reschedule. I work Mon-Fri had to take a day off for my wellness exam which I specifically asked while scheduling because I'm fully aware that some places like to extort money out of you by making the first appt a shakedown. I rarely get days off and the holidays are coming up so I asked "Will I be getting my annual physical?" To which I received a yes! So I scheduled went in, sat around for 2 hours, was charged $25 just to be scheduled for another day where yup you guessed it, I will be paying another $25. So what did I pay for today? I paid to fill out forms and be told they are booked for the rest of the month. Well, I learned my lesson. Thank you for the extortion I will be changing my primary care. Liars & Thieves!!!
Showed up 30 minutes early to fill out paper work for my first appointment, I handed over my Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance as well as my Medicaid after which they stated they do not take medicaid. That was completely fine since medicaid is just a secondary insurance for me my BCBS is my primary so I asked for the card back. After this they stated they do not take medicaid patients... This of course confused me since I have never in my life had any issues with just having medicaid. I was no longer asking them to use my medicaid I was trying to just use my BCBS at this point and they persisted that they don't accept anyone who uses medicaid at all which of course has nothing to do with them since they wouldn't be billing Medicaid at all just my primary. After this was hashed out since i'd waited 2 weeks for this appointment they finally said they would see me once... which still made no sense and I continued to try and have them explain it to me and they were unable because basically they had no reason to say something like that since I was no longer asking them to use my medicaid. After all the rudeness and arguing and 2 hours of waiting I was finally taken in back to wait. Setting there waiting to be taken into a room I looked around and saw the places was quite dirty, when i looked up at the light fixtures I was pretty disturbed to see hundreds of bugs filling it. This was an extremely stressful and horrific experience over all and I refuse to ever go back.
