I love my child's Dr. But unfortunately they have some new appointment procedure in place. I had an appointment for my child at 2. I was running behind but I still arrived before 2. I got there at 1:56 to be exact. They told me I needed to reschedule. I was like are you kidding Me? My appointment is at 2. The receptionist told me that there procedure is to check in 15 minutes before otherwise your appointment is cancelled. They should've told me that on the phone.
Ha! There really needs to be more pediatrician clinics here. Karen, the tech, got so upset with me for asking what took so long for us to be called back. The appointment was at 1... we were called at 1:18. We were the first ones at the clinic, after their lunch break, so I was curious. Then while she was getting my son's vitals, she decides to start arguing with me!! Lady seriously!! I have not said anything to you!! She then stated I'd know if she was getting an attitude with me! Wow.. but talk about professionalism!!
This place used to be great! Now the staff is rude and very inefficient. They take no responsibility for prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy even after multiple phone calls. Dr Wright is awesome but the clinic staff is terrible! Today the front desk clerk told me I could go and find another clinic if I don't like their services. So I'll be taking her advice after 5 years were done with this clinic!
My son was seen by Mrs Neysa, she is awesome, she shows lots of concern and listens to all your needs, I've seen many doctors in my time, there is no greater feeling than to have a physician that is sincere, and educated with your children's health and well being.
My kids have been going here for a yr or so and I have no complaints. The staff is always great. Dr. Wright is great, as well the med assistant Janelia Inniss..My kids love her and if I had to choose anyone to deal with them it would definitely be her. I advise anyone who needs a pediatric clinic to go here and if you do by chance get Janelia consider yourself and kids lucky!
