My wife has a life threatening lung problem I called to make an appointment they told me they had none and would call me to work her in to see Dr. Morales it has been a month WHERE IS YOUR COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE AND SHAME ON YOU ALL R.S.
So far I am not real happy with the service I have received. There are better Sleep Clinics that use newer technology to conduct sleep test. They still use gobs of glue to hold wires to your head.
while in his office for visit I mentioned my perscriptions were do for a renewal, he said he would reneew them, then when they had no refills left I would have to go to his office and argue and pay a fee for getting him to refill the scripts I always checked the box for refills on the form. A lot turnover in staff, The girls that did my breathing treatments were nice, but office staff was rude, except Miss Morales, she was always nice and helpful, the others were whinny crybabies,
I am in the middle of conducting the evaluation of my sleep. At my initial appointment Dr. Morales continually argued with me about my CPAP usage instead of listening to what I was telling. Eventually we got pass the usage issue. I am still suffering with EDS (Excessive Daytime Sleepiness). I checking to day to see if he has reviewed my sleep study and hopefully has a diagnosis and treatment plan.
