The service wasn't bad. I'm upset that after $400 after insurance, my optometrist gave me two different prescriptions. The correct one for my glasses and the same strength on each eye for my contacts. (One eye is stronger than the other. ) now I've got a year's worth of contacts I can't use because everything's blurry in one eye since they became accustomed to the two different strengths from my glasses. I hadn't worn glasses in so long, I used them daily now and didn't realize the gravity of what they did until recently so there's not much that can be done to fix it.
It was also very stressful and annoying, so it would be nice if you could find a better solution than a simple apology that doesn't get us anywhere.
I have been driving from Belton for 3 years now to have my family seen for eye exams. The customer service has always been good when we have appointments or just need adjustments. They are great with kids and I feel confident about their prescriptions. I would recommend this place to everyone I know, especially to people in Belton who go to that Cracker Jack shop called Belton Eye Care.
What was written is in fact true, I have the proof.
After spending over $300 for the glasses and visit. The lady told me that if my 5 year old son breaks them I can bring them in to get repairs. I come to get them fixed she says it's no warranty. Why would you say as long as they aren't lost or stolen I can bring them. Don't lie to customers to buy glasses.
You may help some people but you failed me big time.
I will be in to show you the two prescriptions (one from Mr kocian and the other from lenscrafters) the next few days though.
We had to invest so much money, it's ridiculous (the eye exams, the one from your office and from lenscrafters, the gas money to drive back and forth to Austin multiple times, the contact lenses that didn't fit my prescription, the gas money to drive back to your office 3 times to redo the exam and still have the same wrong prescription, even money for the babysitter, the cost of the lenses that didn't match my prescription etc etc), and the time we will never get back!
