Excellent customer service and they will price match their online price of any product. It has to be their website but everything on their website cost less than in the store. If you have a smartphone bring it with you and look up the higher-priced products and you will save a lot of money
I’ve been there a couple time with coupons pet smart has sent me and they never work..... I went to use a free dog food coupon and it didn’t work they made me pull up email and prove it was sent to me..... which wouldn’t be a big deal but the are so rude.... I drive to pet supplies plus which is better priced and the coupons always work.
The grooming salon there is just horrible. I took my dog for grooming and they charged me 90 dollars just to simply wash her and brush her fur. I don’t recommend anyone spending so much money on something they can do themselves. The staff at the grooming salon was not very friendly. I recommend House of grooming in Killeen. Their staff is kind and really care about animals, not to mention they won’t charge a ridiculous amount of money for a simple service.
Some of the RUDEST sales floor associates I have ever been in contact with. Especially the ones in the fish area. They act as if you asking them questions is just BEYOND THEIR JOBS. Horrible attitudes clearly customer service is not their nitch. I brought my children in to purchase fish for a new tank and asking the young lady questions she was very rude and snappy. She ignored us and giggled and laughed with some other co-workers.
Items are a bit on the pricey side but they have a much bigger selection than Walmart for pet needs. However, the clearance sections are excellent!
The veterinarian services are top notch, bar none. The staff here obviously love their job and their furry clients. I can’t thank them enough.
The staff members just could have been more helpful and less condescending.
After asking her 1 last question she leaned over to another employee and stated what I had asked the young lady turned and looked at me like I should know better.mind you this is why I came here in the first place
