Stopped by today (2/28/17 1140-1145am) to get a pair of shoes for my son. The first time I walked in, the only person working, a young man, never made any effort to ask me or another couple I found in the store whether we needed help or not. He stayed put behind his register. I decided to go FootAction instead but they didn't have the color I needed so I went back to Finish line. This time I went to the cash register and asked the young man if they had any Kyrie shoes in stock. He hardly looked at me and dismissively said "I've never heard of Kyrie's". He didn't care to know anything else about the shoes or what it was I was talking about. Needless to say, I left and went back to FootAction. The young men At footaction were more eager to help. I've been a customer of Finish line for over 12 years now and I've always had a great experience shopping there but this particular store in Killeen has horrible customer service.

I've been a member for over 12 years and have shopped at this store for about 4 years. Customer service used to be awesome. They seriously need to think about some changes. Employees will not greet customers, when you ask questions they either have an attitude or act busy when there is hardly ever anyone there. They never suggest ordering online or assisting with issues anymore. I've had several rude experiences but tried to stay loyal but I'm pretty much done with finish line. I've even called corporate to report an issue and the regional director was supposed to follow up with me. Well that never happened. That's speaks volumes.
