This store is a great place to shop, they have nice clothes but not a good place to work at.
I don't understand why a DISTRICT MANAGER would want her employee's to hate coming into work. I do not understand why she would CONSTANTLY complain towards the employees & point the finger acussing them of slacking off or stealing. Roxanne is who I am referring to and she is by far the worst district manager, let alone employee you have working for you! I feel completely sorry for every single person at the Killeen, Texas, A'gaci store that has had to deal with her. She was beyond good at her job & she was the one that was fired for false allegations. I do not understand why Roxanne is able to lie, manipulate people and still have a job.
She has met my daughter 3 times, been in the store with her many times, and every single time she see's her, she acts as though she doesn't know her. She accused my daughter of not doing her job by telling the manager that was working, "She was too busy talking to one of the other employees so watch out for her." The only time that Roxanne lifts a finger to do any type of work is when she wants to put on a good impression for the Corporate Manager. I asked her for help when I was shopping and she beckoned someone else to help me, just as she did for the lady that needed a dressing room. It was too much work for her to do anything herself.
My daughter had worked for this store for a year and a half. My daughter is more than likely the kindest young lady you would ever meet. I have raised her to always work hard, respect others, and be treated the way she would like to be treated. She was told when she was hired that she would get a raise after working there for a year. Then she was told by a different manager from another A'gaci store that she should be getting it every six months but she NEVER received a single raise. My daughter enjoyed working there in spite of that but of course, she still expected a raise. When she didn't get it after the year & a half mark, she was done, she quit, because I told her she could find better. My daughter enjoyed working with her prior bosses as well. I knew both of them very well and once they left, (one had to move out of state & the other was fired for false allegations) the management went to the toilet.
