These apartments are one of the best in town. Great location and price. Maintenance team and office staff are always helpful and polite. If you're looking for a nice apartment close to Ft. Hood and restaurants/shopping then you should check this place out. They are pet friendly too! I love living here. I'm glad I found this gem.

The ladies in the office are nice and helpful, I agree. When I moved in, I noticed the carpets, baseboards, shower, etc. had not been cleaned and I had a seizure-blinking light in the kitchen that took a couple of months for them to replace. Not to mention a garden snake chilling in my bedroom doorway that I stepped on walking in the dark. Prior to moving in, they did not bring to light a major problem: flooding. Apparently, the tenant before me had flooding problems and they thought they "fixed" it. After a few months, my bedroom, closet, and bathroom flooded every time it rained. The baseboards changed to a green/brown color in my bedroom. I started sleeping in my living room on a futon. A smell overcame my apartment and got so bad to where all my clothes smelled like mildew. Up until I moved out, my throat would hurt during the night from being exposed. I explained, as well as, showed pictures to the ladies in the office, and they shared my concerns. After a week of waiting, they called me in to sign my new lease to my new apartment. Then, they explained that the "rates have changed" on the deposits and the rent. I, the victim, was required to pay a new deposit plus moving fees all because my apartment flooded! I did not ask for my apartment to flood. By the end of the whole process, they made me feel like I wasn't the victim. I felt like I was being a nuisance. By the way, after walking barefoot for a whole day in my new apartment, my feet were black and dirty. I had to rent a carpet cleaner to clean the old/flooded apartment, as well as the new one I was moving in to. Then I get a phone call from the office saying the carpet in the old apartment is not clean enough....well sorry, there is not much I can do considering it flooded.
Nice Place! Lots of space for the buck! The apartment complex is managed by Isbell Properties! The property manager and her staff are friendly, greet you with a smile, eager to help with all your needs to find the right place that fits your needs! Been here about 6 months and settled in nicely and this is the best place I have lived to date. fast to help you, take the time to answer your questions and maintenance issue resolved in a timely manner! If you are in search of an apartment with lots a space for an affordable price, check this place out. The apartments have been around for a while but after seeing other places in the area with prices higher then these and offer less
