I have used S & M Vacuum & Waste services several times over the years, as I have 3 older houses on septic systems. The employees are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is not a very pleasant job, but I have never met one of their employees that wasn't great to work with. I wish all service companies were so great to deal with.
S M is only after money. Contracted through an insurance company but refused to come out until they "were sure they were going to get paid. " Unprofessional and will be reporting to the BBB.
Have had some septic tank issued recently and I called S&M and talked to some gentleman about my issues and not only did he get as much information from me about my problem as he needed, he even mentioned some resources for me to get in touch with to help me figure out my problem. Long story short, he set up a time for the following day for a pumping and soon thereafter he called and said he could get a guy out that day. I had to work, so I stuck with the following day. Next day arrives and the young man that came out was the same that came out a few months prior. He was courteous, hard working, conversational, sympathetic, and even helped me, a disabled vet, find my two septic tank lids. I think the prices are fair and the service is what should be expected of someone doing you a huge favor. I recommend S&M to everyone now.
okay for all my septic tank owner here in Texas do not use S&M they just screwed me out of money... They charged me $50.00 for them to come out yesterday to do what nothing!!! then another $200.00 to pump today. So learn from this a-z plumbing is a no no and S&M is a no no ( I have done business with s&m for 20 yrs... now they screw me????
