He came out extremely courteous and knowledgeable without hesitation knew what was going on offered to replace it with the exact model or go with a more cost efficient disposal whatever I wanted not what would make him more money. The gentleman that came out was able to show up the same day and was quick. He asked some questions to see what he was dealing with and had the job done in about an hour.
I called around 8:00am today for a stopped up kitchen sink. Mr Judd told me he could come by between 12:00 - 1:00. He called around 10:15 and told me he could be there around 11:00. He showed up promptly at 11:00 and was able to unclog my kitchen sink. He took the time to explain to me what the major causes are that back up kitchen sinks. His prices were very reasonable, actually a bit lower than I expected. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and will definitely use him again should the need arise.
