I have been eating this food since April 7th. Two meals a day and vegetables in large quantities for my 3rd meal. And increased my exercise dramatically. I have ( as of today’s weigh in) lost 50 pounds. I plan to continue with this plan of healthy eating and would love to lose 50 more pounds. Started at the Temple store. Sorry to see that store close. The meals are filling and high in protein. I am as pleased as I can be with PureFit.
I love this place! Works great for the single guy arriving to Ft Hood without dishes. I was able to feed myself a three square meals a day and skip all the fast food chains! Meals are priced perfectly!!!
Ok so I am newly vegan and, of course, I search for vegan restaurants in my area. PureFit is the first on the list but to my surprise only the deserts are vegan, or so I was told by the attending right after being dismissed. It looks great but should be advertised better so us few vegan don't waste gas getting here.

Great quality and the portion size is spot on. Friendly environment. I bought a Veggie Omelette for the first time yesterday and I was back today to try a few more options. They will definitely see me on a regular basis!
