Always have to wait about 20 min. for a basic pepperoni pizza and they never have parmesan or pepper packets. In the past 12 visits they were out. Bad way to cut costs.
This used to be a good place to get pizza. The pizza was really flat (as if the dough was out of live yeast) and far from the edges. It was brought to the attention of management (Euria or something close to that.) She became very rude with the cashier, yelling at him to take it to who had make it. She then looked at the pizza and said, well that is how we make it and if you want it made over it will look the same. Also order cheese bread that wasn't checked before out the door. Had to wait for cheese sticks to be cooked, which was fine. The problem was he took two of the older pizzas out of the main cabinet and put them in a separate cabinet and gave them to me after my 10 minute wait for cheese sticks. They were very dry and old by the time I got them and took them home. Next time I would just like to have fresh pizza with my fresh cheese sticks.
Horrible place. The manager or shift leader is so unprofessional and puts down her employees in front of everyone which is unacceptable. Calls them names and yells at them at loud. I called in my order at 2:00 and I got there at 2:30 and I STILL HAD TO WAIT an additional 30 minutes for my order. Unbelievable! This place is a joke
The cheese classic came out normal but the pepperoni classic on the other hand was laughable. The central portion of my pizza was fused to the cardboard, and I was left with eight half-slices. The cook was clearly being absent-minded tonight. He cooked them both fresh so I don't understand how he messed my pizza up like that. I wish I could get my money back.
