I am very OCD when it comes to my food.If I see anything out of character Im not eating there.I have always loved Jersey Mikes , however, the last time I was there I saw employees touching trash cans and then going back to touch food without washing they're hands.Then a young employee wiped the dirty counter with a rag and used the same rag to wipe the meat slicer.Cross contamination for sure.So I got out of line and left.I was very dissapointed because they do have delicious sammiches.From now on I just go to the Jersey Mikes in Copperas Cove.They are much cleaner.Oh and they need to bring back the Tastykakes.I miss those.

Great staff, great food, and even though it's a little pricey it is worth the money.
One of my favorite places to get subs! Their menu has so many great choices, though I usually get the same thing every time I go. The staff remembers me and what I like to order even if I haven't been in for a month or so which is really great. They are all very personable, approachable, and friendly; and the sandwiches are very well stacked and filling. The best part about the sandwiches is that their bread not only tastes wonderful and fresh but, it doesn't get soggy easily like most deli shops.
I have never had a bad experience here at all. The one time they messed up my order, they fixed it immediately with a smile and an apology. Great customer service, and I attribute this to their manager taking pride in his store and making sure his employees are trained properly. They are always courteous, and it shows.
I Was Disrespect Twice. I have been a week customer until the latest two incidents. it was racial and it broke my heart to be treated this way in 2017. The food is way too expensive. I have Enough shore points for one free sandwich. Once I redeem the points, I'm not planning on coming back. There are other places that appreciate, respect and value my business.
