One star because I could not give ZERO. Dropped a shirt - ONE SHIRT - off with instructions that it needed to be washed, starched and pressed. Shirt was dropped off on Wednesday, with promises it would be done by Thursday. We said that was fine because we didn't need it until Friday morning. Went to go pick up the shirt Friday morning at 8:20 in the morning. The cleaners opens at 8 AM. There was no one there. Upon calling, the lady said no I'm not open yet I will be in 20 minutes. I told her we needed her to be open NOW because we were driving out of town immediately after we got the shirt. She said give me 20 minutes. We ran one last errand and she called us five minutes after we left and said I'm open now. We finished the other errand came back to get the shirt and SHE NEVER DID A THING TO IT AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE IT WAS. That is crappy business. Will not be using this cleaners or recommending this cleaners ever again.
