Absolutely awesome job!!! Jim was the sweetest and genuinely cares about the customer's needs. Edgardo did a fantastic job on my carpets - living room and three bedrooms. They look and smell AMAZING! He was also right on time, so I didn't not have to wait around which was great. Really appreciate he quality of work in a timely manner. Will use again in the future definitely!
I just got my carpet cleaned and my home looks amazing. I remember the first time I used this company I was in need because my realty company mandated carpet cleaning every 6 months so i put their number on the fridge. I was new into the home and it was less than a year old, freshly built as we are renters. My one year old daughter was getting sick frequently with respiratory issues and rashes for a couple of months. I thought it was just getting used to the Texas air, until i seen her crawling on the floor and when i picked her up she was covered in long white dog hair. I HAVE NO PETS. The carpet smelled like animals as well, thought it would fade. THIS WAS A BRAND NEW HOME and we had only been renting it for a couple of months. The doctor told me to keep her off of the floor and get the carpet cleaned. I reached out to the realty company and no response regarding the carpet being cleaned. I came out of pocket and paid for the carpet to be cleaned. I told the Mr. Noland about my issue and i swear he became more emotionally attached, concerned, and worried than I did. He was dedicated to getting this house habitable for my 1 year old and he was worried about her health. He came and cleaned my carpet and ensured it would be Good to go once finished. It was beautiful, my daughters issues went away, no more rashes, it smelled clean and even better, he called to make sure we were happy and to see if my daughter was feeling better. He then left a note on my bill stating that they had found the dog hair throughout the entire home and he suggested i take that to the management company as proof that the carpet had dog hair all over it, the company then refunded me for my purchase. It is not about the money with this company but the passion of cleaning your home and making it a wonderful experience. I just got my carpet done again today and I was worried as my husband (rolling my eyes) is back from deployment and he now allows our kids to eat in the living room so there were some stains. I showed the concerns as soon as he had arrived and guess what....... Not a single trace of those spots. They are my go to company from now on. Being a dual military family our schedules are hectic but their hours seem to always work with my schedule and most importantly with all that is going around us as of recent, i am questionable of most peoples character. I love the respect, courtesy, honesty, and kindness he has for people. I feel like i am family every time i call. I am not one to over exaggerate unless i am telling someone a story about my husband but am a business woman and very business oriented and I am telling you, you will not be disappointed with this company. I can count on my hands how many times i have ever left a review for anyone or anything, you either have to be miserable or impressively great. 5 stars all the way!!! #5starsalltheway
Customer service right off the bat was amazing, spoke directly to the owner and received impeccable respect and support just from the 10 min conversation. Service was quick and efficient to say the least, price was just right for the job provided. I recommend them to fellow vets. Owner hold us in high regards. Definitely will be using them again.
We are a military family and had to schedule last minute service for moveout before deployment. They were able to get me scheduled in less than 48 hours. The carpet looks better then it did at move-in and it took around an hour for a four bedroom home! The price was very affordable as well. Thank you for the great service, this company is highly recommended.
Outstanding service! The quality work is amazing. In and out in no time. I haven’t seen a cleaning service do such a great job. I will recommend everyone to use this company.
