I will never take my clothes to this cleaners ever again I was charged $4.50 for one used rank and $4.00 to sew ripping Soldiers off
I pay twenty dollars for six shirts to be clean and starch.One day I got off work from night shift an went by pick up my shirts and when I got home an unwrapped the plastic off the shirts the smell from the shirts smell like they didn't clean it at all. They did a careless job and not a good job at all I do not recommend this Q Cleaner to no one.
Great place never had a problem
This cleaner customer service is horrible. Its by far the worst service in Killeen, Texas. They get mad and blame you for the half job they do on your clothes. They will also take your money and tell you that they are "SORRY" for messing up your clothes. This cleaners need to be shut down because they treat people like trash. It's always one person working and making up excuses for the other person who messed up your clothes. These people are criminals at Q'cleaners. My advice to people who uses Q'cleaner, please check your clothes before you leave the cleaners.
