Eloped my shirts and slacks off and as always I paid in advance. I inquired as to why she didn't give me a receipt and she replied that it was not necessary. When I returned to pick up she told me $38.00 and I explained that I had already paid her in advance she said that she never billed my credit card. As a matter of principal I stopped by the following week and showed her my bank statement showing the exact same charge twice for the exact amount to her store. Her response was that I had brought the same clothes in twice. You want to get ripped off just stop on in. For my 6 shirts and 2 pair of slacks $38.00 So I wound up paying Miss Ching $76.00 to press and light starch my clothes.
Stay away from this place. The owners attempt to hustle customers. They demand people to pay more money when the person arrives to pick up their clothing item. I stopped short of notifying the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce because one phone call had the front desk lady pissing herself. If they don't reform themselves then they will be dealt with accordingly.
BEWARE!!!!!!if you patronize this place. The owner/attendant feels she has the legal right to charge you more than your printed receipt shows. If your receipt shows a total of $32.26 the owner will asks you to pay $33.00. Whether paying with cash or credit (BEWARE) she will not tell you that she ran your card for more. I do not care where you are from to me this is stealing an shouldn't be allowed. I am considering contacting the BBB, the Killeen chamber of commerce. Oh bye the way the service is not all that great either.
