TERRIBLE business practices! I was asking a simple question and she went on a rampage telling me how busy she was and do not ask for favor.... I was asking for a jacket to be pressed, same day.
Excellent service and quality. The owners are courteous and charge fair prices. I'd definitely recommend.
Awful customer service and a waste of my time.
I have been here once. When I got here and drop off my stuff for cleaning the lady double charges some of my items and then forgot to charge me for other items. Before I left I thought everything was situated. I get into my vehicle and then my phone rings and the same lady tells me " I forgot to charge you for 2 shirts so you owe me $10.25 when you come pick up." When I did come pick up my clothes they didn't even give me the right clothes! I had somebody else's clothes! These people are very unprofessional and very rude. They didn't even apologize for anything. Do not bring your clothes here or get anything done here is the worst place ever.
