They are lucky I am REQUIRED to give at least one star. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. After missing our installation appointments, they gave us the run-around for several days before getting to us. Finally, they installed our dishwasher completely out of housing code standards and left a huge mess in my kitchen. When i called to have them come fix it, they told me they would not deal with me & that I needed to call my property manager. I would never recommend this lousy, pathetic, lazy, unprofessional, trashy and worthless appliance company to anyone, ever. I hope they close up shop.
Cullen went the extra mile to assist me with my dryer. He is a true professional! Their prices for appliance repair parts are cheaper than amazon.
Great prices, and extremely helpful over 4 years and 5 properties. These folks are APG Property goes to buy or service all its appliances. Warning, you may have to wait for items that are ordered as they come from overseas. Just know that going in on repairs, but that isn't their fault. It just is what it is. The bottom line is the prices are right and the service is as good as any other you will find. I recommend them to property managers and home owners.
