The store reps were helpful. They don't have as much as a Party City, they had no gold foil #1 which was disappointing. Tissue poms were only available in blue and white. You can find stuff to work with but it's still frustrating not to have all the things you want available.

Like the many different costumes
Went to buy graduation items due to an ad I saw for 50% off things. Nothing was cheap. The store didn't have anything I wanted. Wal-Mart was much better abd great discounts.
They have everything you need for parties. The staff are so helpful and nice. I ordered balloons for my daughter's birthday, as soon as I got them and went to my car one of the balloons popped so I have to go back to the store. They inflated a new one for me and didn't charge me for that. The lady even help me bring the balloons to my car.
