I scheduled this company for a job in the AM and they did not show up for my move out pest control job. I paid in advanced to guarantee that they would be there at 8am. My move out inspection was at 930. The inspector noticed that the pest control was not done and I proceeded to explain that Killeen pest control was did not show up. The date and time were on the receipt. The inspector took the receipt to show it was not my fault when it was time to contest the charge they were going to give me. I went back to KPC and asked for my money back. The manager would not grant me my money back because I did not have the receipt. The secretary was rude and talked back to me saying I was "stupid." The manager said it was not his problem. They refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Essentially they would only give me half of my money back. Do NOT do business with these people. They are a bunch of incompetent hicks that that constantly make mistakes and in the end you pay for their incompetency.
Maybe a good pest control company but as far as lawn service and lawn care do not use this company. Not worth the stress, you may as well do it yourself.
I would not recommend them for a wood destroying insect (termite) inspection. I used them when selling my home and they told my wife who was at home that everything was fine and there were no problems. Then they called my realtor and asked for more money to treat some acrobat ants (which is not a wood destroying ant) otherwise they'd have to list them in report. I used a different company to treat the home, and they never found any ants. Then Killeen Pest Control came out and did a two-minute re-inspection which they in turn charged me again the full amount for.
