Got a lecture from a customer service representative about not searching for a sales rep to buy my dryer. Apparently you can not take a picture of the dryer sales tag and pay for it, then have someone bring it up there for you. You are suppose to find one of those sales reps to do that for you. It's like trying to find a unicorn. Those alerts seem to be useless too. Lady said I was lucky this time to even get one.
I do enjoy browsing the aisles with my husband, daydreaming about home improvements.

Went to Lowe's today to find a oven lightbulb to replace mine that went out in the stove I bought last Labor Day. The manual had no part listed for the correct bulb. Called the 800 # and they referred me to a 3rd party parts business. They said I should go back to Lowe's. No part number, big store, lots of bulbs. Went back to where I bought the stove, met up with a sixteen year professional Lowe's employee who in 10 minutes found the correct bulb and I was out of there. The employee's name was Angie. Thank you Angie and Lowe's.
My husband and I visit this store regularly and for the most part we are satisfied with our experiences. However, dear Lowes Killeen we must discuss your frontmen up at customer service. Coming from a customer service and sales background myself I would advise you to place your most enthusiastic and respectful employees there, not the ones who behave as if they are doing me a favor and resort to lecturing their customers. I observed three interactions while in line and it made my blood boil. Three suggestions, train them, bring in secret shoppers, and tell them to SMILE.
Always clean and well stocked. Service animals are accepted here.
Lowe's was contracted by my husband to replace a large portion of our fence. Firstly, it took some time due to the rainy conditions of the spring season, which was understandable. However, when the delivery of materials arrived, it was found to be short of several items. The team The Honey Dos ( I hope I have that correct) was awesome. These two men went above and beyond to make sure our fence was finished on time and the way my husband and I wanted. Gosh, I cannot remember the team leader's name, but he works with Rosario. They were awesome, clean, personable and professional. They were respectful to my dogs who barked at them nearly the entire time they were here. I have recommended them to others already and will request them again. Thank you guys!
