No eye contact was given, two associates messed around and joke walked to the back grabbed their things and left. Leaving two people working one is being told by the customer that they don't like their haircut. While the other one is just standing around have a conversation not taking care of the people waiting to be helped.

Viktoriya is amazing! Ask for her when you come in, I always get the MVP. Highly recommend. The environment is fun and the girls are incredibly friendly. Always in and out within 30 min even if there is a wait. Being in the Army I appreciate these girls moving with a purpose. I always recommend this location to my buddies.
Sport Clips just is no good anymore. Electronic check in is bad. Quality of operators declining below acceptable level.
