Initially, I didn't have a great experience at Blonde.
After I left my initial review, the owner, Amber, reached out to me to help make things right. She listened to everything I had to stay, remained professional, but also showed that she genuinely cared about my experience. I can't speak for anyone else at the salon... but I can say that if you do seek out services, definitely get an appointment with Amber. She will certainly make sure you're comfortable and that your needs are met!
The first time I went in for a haircut and a lash extension fill, I left with uneven hair and crazy eyelashes that were applied incorrectly. When I called the salon afterwards, my conversation with the esthetician was unproductive and my problems/concerns were not addressed. She failed to communicate our conversation to her boss/the owner.
My two daughters and I have been going to Blonde Salon around four years. We love it. Our stylist Amber is professional and does an outstanding job on our cuts and color. We won’t go any where else.
Had appt with fallyn today and she was amazing. She is the first one out of 8 hair salons over the past 7 years who actually did what I wanted. Amazing. I finally found a hairstylist that knows her job and loves what she does. So happy with my hair. Thank you I see you soon.
This review is for the stylist, Stacey Tarabey. Stacey is by far the best stylist I have used in this area. She really listens to what I want and always exceeds my expectations. She is excellent with razor cuts, which is a must for my fine hair and it's difficult to find a stylist with this skill. She is also a great colorist. She's made me blonde, she's given me various highlights, and she's made me a redhead. I've loved my hair each and every time that she has done it. I've been her client for several years (even before she worked at Blonde). Seriously, give her a try!
