I'm giving them only one star because when the wrap was done and plastic was cut off. I was not instructed to make any other movements or gestures so I waited. When i sensed no one was coming back to me i finally walked out .
Went to get a full body wrap before the holidays and while it felt great, the results were similar to wearing a waist trainer for the day.
The only thing I could say good about this place is the professionalism of Mrs. Carol. Besides that, the assistance, specially the ladies who answer the phone at the front desk do not know anything about their job. You call them to ask anything at all, and they never know the answer. If they say they are going to call you back it never happens. They never send promotions and/or discounts, especially if you are a constant costumer, not even if you ask for it. The place needs better attention and customer care.
The woman at the front desk told me the ladie that was working with me had gone home for the day! I was shocked because this the woman doing my wrap promised me samples and take-home items coordinated with my wrap. The woman at the front desk handed me what seemed to look like a mini condiment cup . Of a sample cream And a flyer. I felt like after spending $300 on a special( they recomended), I should walk out confident that I'm being proactive in my self improvement journey .I decided after the first wrap didn't I wish to continue getting them done so I requested a refund for the REMAINING wraps . The owner refused to give me a refund for wraps i have not yet had and insist that I find something in her inventory that's equivalent to $170 . This immediately raised a red flag for me so after i pick up my moneys worth in smoothies or whatever they have to sell. I definitely will not return to this place.
