I really don't wanna give them any stars but I have to in order to write a review.. Went in with a friend June 22nd 2017 to get our nails done. Had to wait roughly 10 minutes to get seated, no big deal. Sat down, got my nails done and the lady that did my nails couldn't get the designs to look good. Told her not to worry about them and well, she didn't listen at all. So after getting them done and paying $45.00 left a bit unhappy. Woke up this morning with one of the color on my one nail chipped, no big deal... Well, went and did my dishes and every nail but 2 the color lifted up and came off... so I am now without money and with only 2 nails painted because im not giving them business what so ever. Lesson learned, don't go to the Killeen mall nail salon next to Sears!!!
I've gotten my nails done here several different times and had different people every time. I've never once left satisfied with my nails, but always felt like maybe it was just an off day, or maybe the next person would be better. You tell them one thing and they typically completely disregard it and do whatever they want, especially in terms of shape and length. They are also extremely rough with your nails and fingers, and they often times file or scrape so hard that my fingers will start bleeding. Not to mention that they take off old acrylics by essentially ripping them off- I've had one of my real nails underneath partially rip off with it once and bleed, but the worker just brushed it off, didn't apologize, and put a new acrylic on it (as if that would suddenly repair the ripped, bleeding nail underneath). I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Lazy, refuse people before close, owner is always talking down on customers...her husband is a fat perverted man that’s always in there. They have cut me several times and tried to say the blood was old polish. My old polish wasn’t even red. Nails are cheaply made. I will never be back.
This place is mediocre, quality of service was cheap, went in there for a polish change and the nail ladies were loud and being rude to customers when they were talking in their foreign language the entire time...ugh, do better Killeen Mall
I wasn't impressed...its a standard nail salon. I went there today, the wait wasn't too bad. While my nails were soaking I noticed that 2 women had taken a seat near me, they were offered wine and I was not...15 minutes later, still no offer. I couldnt help but wonder, " is it because I look young, poor, a non english speaker?", it wasn't the non existant wine that bothered me....it was the fact that they werent offering good quality service to EVERYONE. The women next to me was offered yet another glass of wine while i was left with no offer. This happened after 40minutes of me being there, 3 employees spoke to me and not one offered. Im not a complicated customer when I have services done, all I ask is that you treat everyone equally and do your job, if you offer 1 person...offer all of us. I will always tip.
