I had a wonderful experience dropping in at Crossfit 254. The staff and members are down to earth and very friendly. The coaches are knowledgeable and have fun personalities. I definitely recommend this box! Tons of space and equipment. Challenging workout!!!
Crossfit 254 is a great place to workout. I dropped in for a week and if I lived in the area I know this is where I'd be. James and his coaches are on top of their programming and they tailor fit workouts for their athletes. Great job!
Ive been to other crossfit gyms. But this one has the best trainers and facility in town. I love the community they have there. And the extra events that they hold as a bonus! They're always competing and judging at the crossfit events. You learn all the functional movements plus cardio, PLUS Olympic lifting is offered here. Its also really fun. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Making that phone call and asking about this gym was the best call I made this week! The min I walked in the door I could feel the energy and team support if your looking for a gym that gives you motivation and a good challenge! Look no more!! Hands down the best!
