The atmosphere in the gym is amazing! Everyone is helpful, motivating, and extremely supportive. The trainers are educated and the best around! Rodney has trained me for about 3 years and truly cares about you and your goals. Chris and Meghan are amazing trainers. They always offer a variety during group class and push you! If you are looking for a gym where you can meet your fitness goals and have a team that supports you... Befit is where its at!
I tried for years to workout on my own. It wasn't until I started training with Befit that I started having more confidence, motivation and results. This facility and the staff have always been professional and family oriented. I have never been disappointed with the training or meal plans. The coaches personalize your plans. Very satisfied!
I love BEFIT! The trainers and clients are so nice and helpful. It's like one big family pushing one another to hit their goals and succeed. My trainer Chris Bailey is very knowledgeable, fun and always pushes me at the right time. He has helped me succeed in my goals and stay on track.
This place is complete trash. It's barely a gym. They use old, run down equipment, only have one bathroom that halfway works. They charge an arm and a leg for workouts you can do at home. They harass you if you give them your email/ phone number. Not to mention they'll change your trainer without your permission or knowledge. The owners don't know how to conduct themselves or their "business" in the slightest. It's a joke, and the sad thing is more than half of these 5 star reviews are either employees or former employees.
I love this facility, the atmosphere is raw and unadulterated, two very important components for me. I feel welcomed every time I enter and never do i feel judged. Its as though I visit family each time I enter. The group workouts are great and dont get boring. The knowledge available from the staff is more than I have encountered at other places and very useful. I will continue to attend this facility for as long as I am here.
