I am a member of several gyms, and this one is my favorite! Weights, a pool, punching bags, and a freindly staff. Who could ask for more.
Those hours are not correct they do not open at 0800 on saturdays I just went up there and it was not open yet at 0810
It's a quit place to work out
Great place to do runs with lots of different terrains.
