The food is great! I like so much the Katsu chicken!!!
The mac&cheese is awesome, the katsu and spicy chicken are also my favorites. A must go for the Killeen area and its neighboring cities.
There was always a nice lady there whenever I come in. But today, there was this one other lady I've never seen before. (Lighter complexion and smaller than the other 2 very nice women that I always talk to). This lady was just very rude and does not care about good customer service. We got there at 6:40pm (the sign on the door says they open mon-sat 10am-7pm at the store side and 10-6:30 at the restaurant side) We asked the lady for assistance at the accessories side. She says, no we're closed. I told her the door was unlocked and it's not 7pm yet. She says yea no, we close at 6:30. But the sign on the door clearly says they close at 7. She did not care. She gave so much attitude as if it was my fault that I came in through an unlocked door before the closing time. I don't understand. That lady just made me not want to come back to this place anymore. How do you expect customers to continue to come back and for your business to thrive when you're just so mean and rude? Very unprofessional!
Went in for some local food and all three plate lunches were mediocre. Coming from the island its what you fear. Bad hamburger steak, dry katsu and Mac salad that wasn't close. Stocked up on some good frozen food and coffee but won't be back for a meal. :(
Good food, great first experience only! Every time I have went back food items I'm craving are never available! They change their operation hours constantly seems like. I have been chasing that first experience and am let down every time.
The employees are very nice and the food is amazing for a really good price. At some point my co-workers and I were addicted to their food that we were going at least 3 times a week for several months. lol
