What an awesome experience I had at JC Penny's salon this past Sunday. Getting my hair done was my daughters' idea. She knew how frustrated I was with my hair now that greys are coming in and spreading like crazy. For any women out there in their mid to late 40's or anyone that started going grey at a young age will understand what I'm talking about. Walking into the salon I already expected a half ass job. Shortly after arrival we met my stylist, Zina. With butterflies in my tummy, I sat down and let Zina start her work. The whole process took about 3 hours and ohhh my, the end result was absolutely fabulous. Zina took my dry, over processed dark hair (from trying to cover up the grey hairs) and created a beautiful, soft blend of highlights. As for my dry hair, well she did a superb job at conditioning, my hair feels and looks a lot healthier than when I went in. My family loves my new hair and so do I. Thank you Zina!
My experience was horrible after searching for clothes for 45 min for 8 month old (tired) twins (mind you it was a door buster special get to the cashier) half of the items were not honored for the 3.99 priced on sign! The cashier then called thr manager (a Caucasian lady with very short hair) did not honor the sign and said we should have read the VERY fine print. I asked her why confuse the customers lole that and place higher priced items in THAT specific shelving that says 3.99?! She rudely brushed me off with no answer or an apology. This is a terrible shopping experience and a huge waste of time. And to top it off the manager was extremely rude and lacked any empathy to our situation. We left with half the stuff, a headache and screaming twins. We will be doing our shopping elsewhere.
My daughter and I enjoyed our visit at JC Penney very much. The staff who answered our questions regarding the items and their markdown prices were phenominal and patient. We were so happy we were met. with
The lack of organization is unbearable and unbelievable. It is really hard to find items that are needed. I love JCPenney but organization is key to having a store. Thank you for reading. If you ever see this, please share this with people.

Real lack of customer service. I called the Men's department multiple times with no answer. When someone did finally answer, I was asked to hold while she took care of some customers and then she would see if she could find anything like the item I needed. 30 minutes later, someone picked up the phone and hung up. Tried calling several more times and no one answered again. Won't waste any more time trying to shop there.
