The quality of their products is amazing! Customer service is really hit or miss. The sales rep in the perfume knows their stuff, but when you go to children's clothes they know nothing about the area. And yes, I'm salty that I contacted the manager Shae 3 times and still haven't heard back from her about the interview process. Don't tell someone you'll "look into it and call back" then not call back.

Christmas trees in September? This is ridiculous. We are 3 months away from Christmas. Im still wearing shorts and swimming. Halloween and thanksgiving haven't happened yet. It is in poor taste I will shop elsewhere.
I bought an $80 perfume and when i got home i noticed the sales clerk gave me the display bottle and it was the wrong one nobody wants to help me when i went back the manager implied i could have stole it even though i have my credit card statement the 1800 number did not want to help instead gave me District manager Mike its been two weeks and no return phone call now i'm out $80 for a perfume i don't want and nobody wants to help sad even Walmart has better customer service
