most employees are a little stuck up but this one girl in particular (crystal), very nice. The only problem is, she will literally ask every 5 minutes if we need help. It's nice, but it gets a little too much. I go to this store a lot and every time I go there, crystal is there. She's always asking if we need help and when I say no, she'll tell me to just ask if we needed any help. Then she'll come back just a couple minutes later and ask again. This happens every time, the whole time, I'm in the store. She doesn't really give us time to look around because she's constantly there asking if we need help. One day, My husband and I were lingerie shopping and we wanted to look around the whole store and decide what we liked but crystal keeps coming around every couple of minutes asking if we needed help and asking if we've decided what we liked and exactly what kind of lingerie are we looking for, etc...so we really didn't get enough privacy to really look around on our own and discuss what we really wanted to buy because every time we turn, crystal is there. I know it's her job, but it is a bit too much. I don't mind being asked once or twice if I need help, just not literally every 5 minutes. I will come find you if I do need help
My friend and I went to Victoria's Secret in Killeen looking for a honeymoon bridal lingerie and we had the best lady helping us , although they didn't have much of a selection to go off for bridal wear . Crystal made it her priority that we left the store happy and content . And with her actions and help we sure did ! Thank you so much Crystal !

I LOVE Victoria's Secret. 95% of my woredrobe is from VS and I'm not kidding. BUT I hate this store!!! They constantly have things with the price marked wrong and when I ask all they say is "there is nothing I can do". Everytime I pay they are just rude. I have met a couple very sweet girls. They always say to ask if you need help, but when I do ask they seem annoyed and don't want to help. I hate going into this store and have been ordering online to avoid going in there.
