They are so rude and unhelpful. Also that there no pubic bathrooms policy is absurd really hard to explain to my 3 year old who granted has been using the potty for a whole 6 months and has learned to notice his bowels not quite mastered holding them in is ridiculous even when threatened with him basically peeing all over the floor because he needed the bathroom that bad they still refused to let him just use the toilet 3 years old they would have rather cleaned the Piss up off of the floor then just let him use the bathroom so they would rather him feel embarrassed ashamed all those good things traumatize etc. rather than just let him use the toilet how hard is it this is a second place in Killeen that has done this to my son now I know why it's so hard for moms to get out of the house and mind you I toilet him before I leave the house but they where good at redirecting me to Ross who has them and better clothes as well as prices.
Love shopping here for all kinds of things from clothes to decorations. Some of the staff could have some better training in Customer Service.
