This school has no WANT to help you. I spent 6 hours there the other day to just get put into 3 classes, that is it. And no, after leaving, I realized I got put into an incorrect class. I have called 8 different phone numbers from their website today to try and get it fixed, so I don't have to go and waste another day there, and not one person has answered the phone. You'd think that after 8 different attempts I would get somebody. This will be my last semester at this college, then I will be transferring somewhere else. I don't think this college cares one bit because they know the military base is right there and they will get business regardless. Their customer service is just horrible.
My sister is an international student and the service during her enrollment was very professional, kind and personalized.
CTC is located at the corner of Clear Creek and Hwy 190 at the edge of Killeen. They get students from all over the US. I had nothing but wonderful teachers there in the Medical Lab Tech program. They have a planetarium as well as a duck foundation. You can grill and sit at picnic tables also where the ducks are. Great picture area also. They have a nice upgraded bookstore. There are also dorns and family housing available.
Great for two year degrees. Every once and a while you'll get the run around from employees but overall they're very helpful.
cancelled a class months ago. I was supposed to receive my refund within 2 weeks. still haven't. I have called and called, and they just don't want to return my calls or money. Don't waste your time here.
