5 Star customer service with awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Mr. Schroller, the manager, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Quick, easy, and hassle free to get a storage unit. Office hours are perfect for me. And, to top it off the price of the storage units aren't ridiculous like other places around town.

Fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage off Stan Schlueter. The representative Michael was very helpful and answered all of my concerns and questions I had. Location is great and I can feel stress free knowing my items are stored there. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a storage unit.
Terrible customer service. I went in there to get a unit since I have used them in the past. New staff is rude and unpleasant to work with. Leah had a sour look from the beginning and talks down on you if you had more than 2 questions about storing. I went elsewhere down the road. Lifestorage. Excellent customer service and was cleaner. I'll never be using Move It again
The price is on the high end and it is very hard to get someone at the location to answer the phone. The front door seems to be locked every time I try to go there and since no one answers the phone, you pretty much have to wait around until you see someone passing by to get to speak to a live person.
