While I'm not a typical customer of Storage Solutions I am a customer. I do not rent storage space from them but I do rent a business suite.
These three make doing business easy... Their customer service is well beyond the typical business here in Killeen. If I ever needed a storage unit I would not hesitate to use Storage Solutions.

The guy who runs this is a total dipstick. When I first moved in everything was good. Then I asked to downsize my storage unit, the guy tells me he won't have anything better until a month later. So I wait for a month and then the guy gives me my new storage. I go to inspect the storage and it is covered with dead crickets and cob webs. So I ask the man if he has another storage to which he replies no. After all this I decide to move and after removing my belongings he tells me he needs to inspect the storage unit I was renting for cleanliness. To which I reply, just like you checked the unit I was trying to downsize too. This place is horrible. Don't rent from here.
The entire staff is always pleasant and ready to help and answer any and all questions. Sabrina, John and Annette are always happy and eager to help.
Killeen Storage Solutions is Great... excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Very competitive rates and are even willing to match competitors rates. The facility is very clean and has plenty of security cameras to make you feel good about storing personal belongings... I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.....
I haven't put my items in storage yet;however, in speaking with their employees, they have ALREADY been so helpful. I have a special situation, as I'm not in town and my husband is deployed. They are so accommodating and I feel confident in their services. Thank you so much!
