I am a student here and I would not recommend sending your child to this school, the teachers don't even care about the students all they care about is coming getting their paycheck and leaving, they don't let you learn at your own pace and the teachers just write you up cause they can. The rules aren't even fair the school is huge and everyone walks way too slow for most of us who have to walk all the way across the school some even across campus and they don't give us enough time to make it to the class then get mad when we're tardy then they write you up for being tardy twice. You have only three chances to use the bathroom out of 9 weeks and they don't do ANYTHING about bullying, they swear up and down they do but they really don't they just tell you you're old enough to know to ignore them and send you back to class, none of the teachers are never organized and they all send us homework at the same time assuming none of us have jobs or lives after school or during the weekends. Just today I had a teacher hand us a paper not even explain it and he expected us to do good on it (on stuff we've never even learned about) the teachers act all nice around parents but they are not I promise you I'm definitely not graduating here, I can't wait to move back to Florida this school is the worst so again I don't suggest sending your child here.

Ok, so we arrived at 1200 on 5 January 2015, to be told we have a lot of people ahead of us... I'm came here to enroll my niece and yes there are a few people in here bit I don't think many are here to enroll or registration (well according to the sign in sheet me and three others are here for that and others are here for other reasons).... I'm puzzled because while I sit here and wait I could be completing the enrollment/registration process but I guess that makes to much since and I get to sit here and wait while doing nada so I figure I'd type this review..... Tip to all Killeen receptionist never waste a waking minute of time!!!
Ok so this last review was posted like when i was in 8th grade and i have been there for 3 years and then I am currently at the new Killeen ISD Career Center all day, however I do know that alot of the teachers are kind hearted and are willing to work with your kids if your kids are willing to work with them. Yes there are a lot of fights there, but like last year the freshman wanted to buck the plucking order and thought they were the top dog so the seniors took care of it. Yes that is kind-of bad, but after 4 marking periods of this you would get tired of it too. Now yes the school just cares about money, but it is then put back into the classrooms of the students, or it is put into the building itself, like repairing it and other stuff. Now the Principal Mr. Sibberson could be a bit rough but thats it. The teachers are really friendly and have a great sense of a student's worth to them, not all teachers, but most. So if you read the other persons review and think killeen is a bad school, then they are wrong. Killeen High is just trying to do what is best just like all of the other schools. Now if you want a bad school just go to Shoemaker and ask the students, they will tell you all about their school.
