UPDATE: Just to update the review. The owner and management fixed the issue of the plumbing problem. Maintenance even followed up to ensure the problem has been resolved. Thank you for that.
It is a nice community, just lease purchased a new home here and looking to be here longer.
Larger lots. Well maintained. Family atmosphere...not a noisy party place! Fenced yards and pets welcome.
Live here. Nice place to live but management is ridiculous! They never answer calls, emergency hour calls, emails, and are never in the office during business hours.
Things happen and sometimes we have to be a little patient. I have lived in this community for over 11+ years and for good reason.
A well kept community with some unusual billing parameters.
This place is not half of what it was 4years a go, last year the pool was open jus like a week and this year it go same, the street its broken, it have broke like 2 years at the back entry , but... They stills raise the rent , if you need something or somebody in the office... Good luck... Is so hard find someone.
